About FAPMA
The Federation of African Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Associations (FAPMA) is a federation of regional pharmaceutical associations committed to the development of Africa-based pharmaceutical manufacturers. FAPMA was officially inaugurated and launched on the 25th of January 2013 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. FAPMA is committed to working with critical stakeholders (private companies, policy makers and donors) and taking up the challenge of being the private sector voice in addressing some of the challenges that hinder the development and growth of the pharmaceutical industry on the African continent.
FAPMA boasts a footprint across the African continent with presence in the following countries: Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Nigeria, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe
